Brown cow cocktails are simple and easy. They only involve milk, Kahlua, ice, and two basic spices. There are many versions of this cocktail. This is my favorite, however. I have yet to read one that uses cinnamon, but I find it gives the drink a well needed addition. Of course, you can adjust, or even eliminate the spices, in accordance your taste. If you want a little more kick, by all means, add another ounce of Kahlua and make a double. You may also place the brown cow cocktail into a blender and pulse for about 30 seconds to crush the ice.

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker or sealed container. Shake until the mixture is foamy. Pour it into a glass and serve.
