Broccoli and carrots with sesame seeds seems to make a perfect combination. It is simple to make, tasty and incredibly healthy. 1/2 head Broccoli, florets
1/2 small carrot, cut in strips
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. sesame seed
- Slice carrots into strips and set aside. Cut broccoli into a cubes and set aside.
- Boil water and add garlic in a medium sized steamer. Add in carrots and broccoli. Steam for at least 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Set aside in a bowl. Spread butter evenly and mix until melted. Sprinkle sesame seed and mix thoroughly
