- 4 Medium Pork Chops
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and water in a sealable container and mix well. Place the chops in and seal the container.
- Refrigerate for two hours. Turn the container upside down and right side up every half-hour. If you have time, marinate the chops overnight.
- Once marinated, place the pork chops on a hot grill. Flip them over periodically and baste with the marinating sauce. Barbecue them until they are cooked according to your preference.
